Welcome to Chief Mama Officer (the “Community”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of the Community.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Community.

2. Eligibility and Membership
To join the Community, you must be at least 18 years old. By participating, you affirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

3. Membership Fees and Billing
Chief Mama Officer offers various membership plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Billing cycles will automatically renew, and you authorize us to take annual subscription payments from your stored payment method, unless canceled. All cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before the next billing cycle by contacting support@chiefmamaofficer.com.

4. Community Guidelines
We strive to maintain a respectful and safe environment. By joining, you agree to:

  • Treat others with kindness and respect to ensure a positive, supportive environment.

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.

  • Uphold confidentiality by not sharing any content outside the Community without permission.

  • Follow all relevant local, state, federal, and international laws, including those in Montana and the EU.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post within the Community but grant Chief Mama Officer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content within the Community.

All Community content, including trademarks, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Chief Mama Officer or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.chiefmamaofficer.com/privacy-policy, details our data collection, use, and sharing practices.

  • U.S. Federal and Montana State Law: We comply with relevant U.S. federal laws and Montana state regulations.

  • EU Residents (GDPR Compliance): We follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), giving EU residents rights over their personal data, including access, correction, deletion, and data portability.

  • International Data Transfers: We may process your data in the United States or other countries. We use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Montana state law, U.S. federal law, and EU regulations, Chief Mama Officer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Community. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Chief Mama Officer in the past 12 months.

8. Termination of Access
Chief Mama Officer may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe your conduct violates these Terms or is harmful to other members. Upon termination, your rights to access the Community will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, U.S., without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • For U.S. Members: Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of Montana.

  • For EU Members: EU residents may also bring claims under the laws of their home country, as required by EU consumer protection laws. We comply with EU regulations for alternative dispute resolution where applicable.

10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website and will supersede all previous versions. Continued use of the Community constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
